General Responsibilities:
The Project Administrator executes the core administrative workflows for assigned projects. A core responsibility of the role is pricing, submittals, budgeting, and ordering while ensuring accuracy and timeliness under the direction of the Vice President and/or Project Administration Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project pricing, submittals, and budgets following established templates and processes.
- Place and track material orders, and maintain ordering and pricing logs.
- Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with Estimating, Project Management, and vendors on project needs.
- Review work for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Support sample ordering and inventory as needed.
- Follow standard processes and escalate exceptions to the Vice President / Project Administration Manager.
- Assist with departmental projects and process improvements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the project administration function and business needs.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of administrative, coordination, or data-entry experience (construction a plus).
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
- Organized, accurate, and comfortable following structured processes.
- Effective written communication.

- This position is classified as non-exempt under applicable federal and state wage and hour laws and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law.
